The Plan 2021
The Places for Everyone Joint Development Plan Document – Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Tameside, Trafford, Wigan Publication Plan, was considered at the Places for Everyone Joint Committee on July 20, 2021 and was subsequently approved by each of the nine districts for publication under Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) England Regulations 2012.
We have now submitted the Places for Everyone plan to the Secretary of State, together with all the supporting documents / background evidence and any representations received during the final stage of consultation which took place between August 9 2021 until October 3 2021.
The Secretary of State has appointed William Fieldhouse BA(Hons) MA MRTPI, Louise Gibbons BA(Hons) MRTPI and Steven Lee BA(Hons) MA MRTPI to hold an independent examination of the Places for Everyone Joint Development Plan Document.
