While also promoting person-centred care, data-sharing with local authorities/inspectors and encourages partnership working.

Project: Project to explore the benefits of increasing care related data availability for carers, care teams and recipients of care in a co-operative care organisation in order to empower the workforce and facilitate decentralised decision making.
Project: Testing the novel ‘Spreading our Net’ approach to addressing loneliness within local communities, focused on strengthening sustainable local networks between existing assets to connect people within neighbourhoods.
Project: Pilot implementation of digital solution to support multi-disciplinary teams providing care to residents with diabetes and other long term conditions in care homes, helping to assure equitable access to digital advances in care delivery.
