Project: Launch of sustainable craft beer hub utilising re-usable bottles and counter pressure filling to provide keg quality beer from local micro-producers and reduce bottle/can waste.

Project: Pilot project for 'Austerity Retail' membership food hubs reliant on surplus/donated food (similar to food banks but with small subscription fee) to trial localised food production and new food hub income generation working with probation-supervised Community Payback Teams'. Developing sustainable community payback-supported austerity food retail in Greater Manchester: a pilot project with Stockport Homes’ ‘Your Local Pantry.

Project: Development of a GDPR-compliant ecommerce platform tailored to support gift retailers, that streamlines the gifting process by using mobile phone numbers in place of inputting the recipient's shipping address. This will simplify the user experience and make it easier for buyers to purchase gifts without needing additional information.
