Project: Recycling currently un-recycled retail plastic with decentralised 3D print vending machines, delivered via turnkey real time waste collection and waste tracking service.
Challenge: Localising supply chains / Zero Carbon and Net Zero.
Project: Development of ‘all-in-one’ digital tool for the micro/SME retails operating on multiple e-commerce platforms to allow for simplified logistics, operations and data management.
Project: Development of flexible, turnkey cargo bike solution service for small businesses and wrap around support with aim of better understanding key take-up enablers/barriers.
Challenge: Localising supply chains / Zero Carbon and Net Zero.
Project: Supporting further development of multi-platform communications management software for retail businesses including novel customisable automated message management.
Project: Launch of sustainable craft beer hub utilising re-usable bottles and counter pressure filling to provide keg quality beer from local micro-producers and reduce bottle/can waste.
Challenge: Localising supply chains / Zero Carbon and Net Zero.
Project: Pilot project for 'Austerity Retail' membership food hubs reliant on surplus/donated food (similar to food banks but with small subscription fee) to trial localised food production and new food hub income generation working with probation-supervised Community Payback Teams'. Developing sustainable community payback-supported austerity food retail in Greater Manchester: a pilot project with Stockport Homes’ ‘Your Local Pantry.
Challenge: Localising supply chains / Carbon Zero and Net Zero.
Project: Development of a GDPR-compliant ecommerce platform tailored to support gift retailers, that streamlines the gifting process by using mobile phone numbers in place of inputting the recipient's shipping address. This will simplify the user experience and make it easier for buyers to purchase gifts without needing additional information.
Project: Launching a high-technology recruitment startup called The ParTimer to revolutionise part time employment in Greater Manchester. Advance prototype development of end-to-end solution to better connect the part-time workforce and employers with stable employment opportunities.
