Our Civic Leadership Programme is an initiative to address the underrepresentation of people from racially minoritised backgrounds within civic and public life. The programme aims to equip participants with the skills and resources to navigate community and societal challenges. Enabling participants to become catalysts for change in organisations and communities across Greater Manchester.
