How will Multiply work?

The Greater Manchester (GM) Multiply Scheme has been made possible thanks to Greater Manchester Combined Authority securing funding from the UK Government. Multiply forms part of the Government’s Skills for Life campaign and funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

GMCA has been allocated £14m to deliver Multiply up to March 2025.

The national aim for Multiply is to increase the number of adults participating in and achieving numeracy qualifications up to Level 2. In Greater Manchester, we have designed our GM Multiply Scheme to support our residents with the essential life skills they need, such as support with cost-of-living or improving their health at home. We also want to ensure this is delivered alongside English and Digital, so all residents have a full rounded offer.

There are a number of different activities within the GM Multiply Scheme, see: What is Multiply?
