Culture Research

We produce detailed research on the culture, arts and leisure sector including exploring the sector in depth as part of our deep dive assessment of the hospitality, tourism and sport sector, as well as projects on the night time economy in Greater Manchester and research on the Greater Manchester town centres.

Greater Manchester Combined Authority also works closely with Marketing Manchester (opens in a new window), the agency charged with promoting Greater Manchester on the national and international stage and the region’s destination marketing organisation. They provide underpinning research, such as key tourism statistics, hotel performance and international and leisure visits.
