Live in asylum accommodation? 

We know that seeking asylum can be difficult. You are welcome here, and you have the right to feel safe in your community.

If you live in a hotel, make sure you report any concerns to Serco staff. You can also contact Migrant Help on 0808 8010 503 or by using the online chat service (external website), who should be able to get you support.

Greater Manchester Victims' Services

Greater Manchester Victims’ Services is for anyone who has been a victim of crime, thinks they might have been, or has been affected by a crime. They help with emotional support, advice and referrals. 

Helplines are open: Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm (Wednesday until 8pm), and Saturday 9am-5pm
