Net Zero Housing Retrofit Framework Agreement

The GMCA Net Zero Housing Retrofit Framework Agreement is a £1billion national Framework Agreement created by the GMCA for Public Sector Organisations and their Agencies and Bodies, Registered Housing Providers, Community Interest Groups, Education Providers and Third Sector Organisations to procure goods and/or services for the retrofit of domestic public and private properties with relevant low carbon Energy Efficiency Measures.

GMCA consulted with Local Authorities, Councils, Social Housing Providers and Net Zero Hubs around requirements for their retrofit schemes and worked with them to create a Framework Agreement comprising 15 Lots covering a range of Energy Efficiency Measures for the Supply Only, Installation Only, Supply and Installation and Design, Supply and Installation along with full Turnkey solutions and consultancy services.
